I was born and raised in this magnificent area we call Silicon Valley. My family originally lived in Sunnyvale before moving to Los Altos when I was in elementary school. Like many home buyers today, the great schools and convenient location are what attracted my family to the Bay Area. I grew up immersed in the real estate industry; my father was a broker and owned his own real estate firm. After attending top rated public schools in the Cupertino/Los Altos area, I enrolled in San Diego State University and received my bachelor's degree in Economics. I am bilingual and fluent in Mandarin Chinese, a useful tool in our Bay Area real estate market.
I have been in the real estate industry and working at Intero Los Altos since obtaining my real estate salesperson license in 2014. I have had opportunities to work with both buyers and sellers which makes me well aware of what needs to be done in order to make a transaction close smoothly. My business partner, Warren Kohn, is a veteran agent and office manager, with 30 years of real estate experience and knowledge under his belt. I have assisted Warren on many of his real estate transactions in addition to closing numerous deals individually.
In addition to working with my business partner Warren Kohn, I am also partnered with other industry experts that ensure any transaction goes according to plan. My network of colleagues such as transaction coordinators, lenders, contractors, inspectors, escrow officers, etc., are all there to help.
